Reiki is a complimentary holistic health therapy. It is based on a Japanese tradition of channeling the energy around us to stimulate a healing response in the body.

Reiki can be done in person or remotely. Reiki involves using either a light touch or placing hands just above the body. Either way, Reiki usually helps the person receiving it to feel relaxed, calmer and more peaceful.

Before a Reiki session, I will ask a few questions about what it is you want from the session. Afterwards, we talk briefly about your experience; what was helpful and what you may have felt.
